Since 2014, the Little Miracles Foundation (LMF) has been helping a group of eight young blind people in Peru who are in a difficult financial situation. We sponsor them with education and year-round transportation. Sponsoring a blind person costs about US$ 25
We are also looking for:
– Books in Braille
– Domino sets
– Audiobooks (Peru does not have libraries with this facility)
– Used notebooks and tablets
– A Braille or talking watch
– Soccer ball for the blind (i.e., with a bell inside)
– Beeper sound tracker
– MP3 player
– Cell phone suitable for apps
– Voice-command games
– Handheld Braille labeler
– Any other suggestions are welcome
Donations and sponsorships are welcome. There are hundreds of people on this situation who would benefit from these items.
